Our high performance Flywheel hosting offers the best value we’ve found in terms of speed, security and features for WordPress sites.
Our Hosting offering is great for clients who are comfortable in WordPress and are willing to update their themes and plug-ins themselves on roughly a monthly basis.
This tier of service includes initial support from our team (we’ll look to see if it needs to get escalated to Flywheel Support) but does not include troubleshooting, updates or any service on the site.
Concierge Hosting
Our Concierge Hosting includes all the features of Hosting plus theme & plugin updates done for you, plus personal support if you have issues (we’ll see if it can be quickly fixed without contacting Support), a monthly additional security check, help cleaning up malware should you ever have that happen, plus advanced email deliverability setup to help ensure your form submission notifications get through.
Concierge Hosting is your insurance policy to keep your site running healthy, combined with letting us save you the hassle or updates and removing the risk if you don’t do updates.
Concierge Hosting & WordPress Maintenance
This package adds WordPress maintenance, updates and support to your concierge hosting. We’ll update content on your website when you need it, do minor feature updates on your site (basic forms, adding photos, etc), provide basic email support for your email and SEO questions and move you to the front of the lineup if you need custom work done like the addition of new pages.
